You will be the internal champion of customer accounts, driving product adoption, usage and business focus through email, chat and calls
You will be an information resource expert, providing dedicated support to customers
You will collaborate closely with operations, product and engineering teams, to build, drive and improve tools and processes for quicker issue resolution
You will own the key success metrics for respective CSAT
You will be responsible for customer retention by stopping churn by adopting proactive approach of “Customer First”.
