Profile: International voice process (customer services).

Salary Slab–  1,75,000 – 2,00,000 P.A.(Based on you exp. & last drawn CTC)

Qualification Required: Fresher/ Graduate/ Undergraduate can apply.

Job Description

Job role-

• Giving first call resolution to the customers.
• Solving customer queries over the call.
• Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner.

Requirements –

• Fresher/ Graduate/ Undergraduate can apply.
• Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills.
• Candidate should be comfortable in 24*7 shifts.
• Candidate should be comfortable to work at Noida location
