What you will need or required skills and qualification

Local person-like skills in Hindi language
Proficiency in the English language
A deep understanding of popular Indian culture
You may not participate in any other search or ad rating program, other than the “Search Quality Rating Program” (such as the “Internet Assessor”; “ads evaluator” and so on…)
Have never worked for “Ads Quality Rating” just before or before.
If the search has worked before in the quality rating or passed the test for this post, then the application can be made
You should be the only person in your home to work as a “search quality rater”
The ability to work in a fast-changing environment along with good knowledge of the web
The best skills to do online research
Reliable computing systems and internet connections
Having reliable anti-virus software (you’ll need to use the web a lot while working)
Ability to follow instructions in the English language and follow the rules associated with the project as expected by the client
