Role: Customer Support Executive.
Education Required– Any Graduate
Key Skills – Customer Service, written communication, customer engagement.
Respond and Resolve customer complaints on system (Takes ownership of customers’ problems and issues).
Communicate with the customers through emails or calls wherever required.
Able to take initiative. Proactive. Positive attitude.
Identifies and resolves customer issues using easily understood written communication. – Follow up with relevant teams for resolutions.
Good knowledge about consumer credit products, loans, KYC, Cards, Scan&Pay, and UPI.
