ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for folks excited to conquer the challenges to support our 400 Mn+ strong community across ShareChat, Moj/TakaTak. You will build personalised experiences to delight hundreds of millions of users, create a state of the art ML infra, craft distinctive products for users and last but not least – enable and support our ever-growing creator base.

Across all these problems, you will find few constant themes – the depth of problem-solving, diverse ways of looking at issues and drive to improve our products.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

You will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic customers.
You are fluent in Punjabi language (Read,Write,Speak) and has business proficiency in English
Will have a deep interest in the local culture, trends, and pop culture and will be able to identify needs and requirements to ensure deeper engagement and reach for his/ her portfolio of content creators.
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Strong understanding of user-generated content management and account management.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time.
Previous experience in social media domains particularly for the Automobile and technology catgeory.
Experience in providing solutions based on user needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with strategic users.
Discipline to respond to user’s demands on time.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability in quick problem-solving & work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
