REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using data entry software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with sales terminologies and data formats.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
• Basic knowledge of database systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately enter sales data into our database and other software systems.
• Verify and review data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to obtain any missing or necessary information.
• Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions.
