ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Outbound/ Customer Care Executive / BPO / outbound/ Call Center / Voice Process /Day Shift.
• Shift – Day Shift
• 5 & 6 Days Working
• Candidate should be comfortable for  Mumbai.
• Candidate should be comfortable for voice process.
• Should be good either Hindi/English/ Tamil/ Telugu /Kanada /Malayalam

• Handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
