  2. Candidate should have basic good knowledge of computer like VPN, troubleshooting, configuration, ticketing, installation, IP address, etc.
  3. Candidate should answer in brief in interview.
  4. Candidate should not answer in single word in interview.
  5. Candidate should speak more in interview that will be advantage point.
