Detailed Job Description for This Post

Responsibilities

• A Scheduling coordinator should also have good written and oral communication skills.
• Should be ready to work in night shift.
• Should have knowledge of Excel and MS Outlook.
• A large part of the duties will be communicating with candidates, clients and hiring managers.
• Sharing daily reports and updating the clients over the call.
• Coordinator should be confident to answer telephonic calls and set appointments.
• Should communicate effectively in an open, friendly manner to promote good candidate relation.
• Schedule changes are relayed to appropriate staff in a timely manner and documented accurately.
• Additional office duties are completed in a timely manner.
• Privacy is maintained at all times for candidates and UNIT heads information.
• Accountability for actions and decisions is demonstrated in daily work.
• Client Communication (limited to specific instances).
