What You will Do

Your job role includes support all learning administration and operations work:

• Support learning projects and project manage learning programs in US
• Manage learning communications, mailers, invites etc.
• Provide reports, analysis, dashboards on enrollments, completions and  other learning related reports
• Manage and update trackers, content, documentation and databases
• Support program planning, identify processes to help with smooth execution of the learning events / program
• Manage learning mailboxes, respond to learner queries of non-technical in nature via Case Management system in Sales Force
• Liaison with Technology teams, Catalog Team, Compliance, Event Management teams, External Learning Vendors and other Talent teams to support learning processes
• The work requires that you work in 2 PM -11 PM India Time

Qualification Required

• Any Bachelors Degree
• Proficiency with computers and applications – email, MS Word, PPT
• Intermediate excel skills
• Experience in working with US stakeholders / customers will be preferable.
