Experience: 0 to 4 years can apply

Job Description

Must be fluent in Hindi & English (English language to be international standard and neutral Hindi(with no MTI))
Customer service role-80% voice process & 20% email and chat support, should be OK to take 80-90% Hindi calls
24X7 shifts
Somebody from banking customer service role is an added advantage
Good understanding on UPI/ online transactions (Candidate should be able to speak on how online shopping/transaction works)
Immediate joiners required
Should be OK to relocate and WFO from immediate basis.
