Tele Caller

We are interested in hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals as Tele callers to join our Team Your main goal is to boost our Database by reaching out to Candidates, who are looking for a change, are laid off from their current Jobs, and freshers who are trying to build their carriers. As a Tele caller, you are responsible for handling these resources over the phone entirely.

In addition to this, you should collect desired information from the Candidates and maintain healthy relations with them.

ELIGIBILITY

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Educational degree
• Great interpersonal skills
• Must have strong oral communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Hard-working individual.
• Good time management abilities
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to tolerate stress and pressure

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Calling Job Seekers and Candidates over phone and explaining the services offered by the company and recording the relevant information
• Contacting existing candidates already in our portal (using scripts), obtaining accurate information and other relevant data
• Asking questions to the candidates and understanding their specifications
• Maintaining the database accurately and on a real-time basis
