• Freshers are eligible.
• No Pending Backlog
• Candidates should not have participated in the Infosys Limited and/or Infosys Group Company (such as – Infosys BPM) selection process in the last 6 month

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Execute transactions as per the guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets
• Execute client transactions as per defined SOP.
• Resolves individual cases that need re-work.
• Shares experiences.
• Delivers on the new process/approach.
