RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute transactions as per the guidelines and timelines in order to meet SLA targets.
• Execute client transactions as per defined SOP.
• Ensure appropriate documentation of the upshot from the last transaction as per the prescribed format in order to meet quality standards. Customer Interaction.
• Share experiences in order to facilitate capture the knowledge.
• Deliver on the new process to meet the client goals.
