Technical Support Analyst
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required preferably with BE, BTech, Master of computer Applications (MCA), Bsc Computers , BCA background.
- Should be well versed in xml, Regex, Linux commands and Sql queries needed to execute the task successfully
- Experience in debugging/troubleshooting issues is added advantage.
- Strong understanding of tickets monitoring and metrics.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will be responsible for performing deep dive, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- You need to ensure all process documents are managed and updated.
- You will be responsible for driving small-scale automation’s/simplifications, which would result in reduction of manual efforts, increased productivity and quality.
