Technical Support Analyst

ELIGIBILITY

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required preferably with BE, BTech, Master of computer Applications (MCA), Bsc Computers , BCA background.
• Should be well versed in xml, Regex, Linux commands and Sql queries needed to execute the task successfully
• Experience in debugging/troubleshooting issues is added advantage.
• Strong understanding of tickets monitoring and metrics.

• Strong written and communication skills

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for performing deep dive, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• You need to ensure all process documents are managed and updated.
• You will be responsible for driving small-scale automation’s/simplifications, which would result in reduction of manual efforts, increased productivity and quality.
