Logistics Associate (HIRING FOR INDIA)

Hailify is a logistics company that focuses on capturing and retaining driver supply for the gig economy using a Dynamic Job Optimization Switchboard aggregating jobs across multiple partners and dispatching across existing fleets, optimizing driver utilization, and creating profitable routes for drivers.

ELIGIBILITY

• English professional proficiency required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Weekend availability
• Sales or customer service experience
• Ability to work in high pressure/intensity environment
• Team player

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond and resolve to customer service issues within 24 hours
• Dispatch orders to our fleets and drivers
• Troubleshoot issues with drivers
• Communicate with merchants on issues regarding their orders
• Admin duties related to partner management
• Respond to all incoming messages from Zendesk
• Answer phone calls
• Log any incidents in call/incident log
